High Hill House - Labor Day Update

We finally got the septic design for the house, this will unlock the last pieces of approvals and pricing. It was a little more complicated than expected, why am I surprised. The Hudson Valley is so busy with work and most professionals are weeks out. I was blessed to work with a local Engineer - Dave Rider. Who is a total pro.
