The client for this apartment renovation in Bay Ridge Brooklyn had recently returned to New York City from living in the South, the scope of work was focused on the complete renovation of the Kitchen/Bathroom and minor plan modifications to increase layout/storage efficiencies. Finishes of contrasting color, material and scale provided the basic palette. Marble penny round floor tile with matte gypsum plank tile in the Bath and back painted glass backsplash with statuary marble counters in the Kitchen reinforce these contrasts.
