Two adjacent brownstones in the Bed Stuy area of Brooklyn were converted into four duplex condominium units. The condition of the existing buildings warranted completely new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Each apartment features simple layouts that maximize open space, sustainable finish materials and exterior ‘green’ spaces. All filings with the Department of Buildings, Attorney General and Tax Assessor were completed by A+C.
